SLiCK is an IT startup specialized in developing cloud based applications for global supply chain
management. With successfully implemented customers such as Deutsche Post – DHL and CEVA, two of the
top 5 biggest global logistics companies, SLiCK is a fast growing enterprise on the road to worldwide
expansion.
SLiCK has 12 employees spread over 3 physical locations: Poland, Italy and its head office in Antwerp,
Belgium. With an average age of 29, our Antwerp based team consists of young professionals with managerial
backgrounds in leading logistics companies, IT researchers from Flemish Universities and IT project managers
from the banking world and global technology sector.
Our vision is that Collaborative Data Interaction will become the leading process in managing digital
operations. This is the only way to take companies to the next level where they no longer operate as isolated
entities, but as a connected, collaborative environment; where data becomes instantly available to all
involved parties whilst managed only once, by the one who is responsible for it. CDI offers unlimited
implementation possibilities and can be applied to any industry. However, years of experience and passion for
logistics drive our commitment to develop a solution that will put a mark on how supply chains will be
managed.
The modular approach of our product, ARGUS, gave us the advantage to develop a unique experience in
managing logistics. Operational challenges, business development, procurement or data analysis; every

Main tasks and responsibilities
• Start up a new project: build a new module of ARGUS based on feature requirements.
• Support on customer implementations.
• Attend brainstorm sessions & meetings to define underlying structure & module architecture.
• Document your progress and application functionality.
• Depending on skill set: write IDoc APIs and set up ARGUS to enable implementation with SAP.

Profile
• You have a relevant Bachelor or Master degree, examples:
o Wiskundige informatica
o Wiskunde met verbreding in de informatica
o Technische of toegepaste Informatica
o (Industriële Wetenschappen) Informatica
o Ingenieurswetenschappen: Computerwetenschappen
• No work experience required.
• Programming skills and experience with Javascript.
• Knowledge of ExtJS framework, CSS, HTML preprocessor or Coffeescript are a bonus.
• Good active knowledge of English (other languages are a bonus).
• Problem solving approach.
• Teamplayer.
• Knowledge of IDoc is a bonus.
• Experience with XML & JSON is a bonus.
• Customer/user orientation: ability to focus on customer/user needs and satisfaction.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to prepare software-related documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary/multicultural
teams with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
