Gullegem, Belgium – LVD Company nv, Gullegem, Belgium tillkännagav idag att man har köpt
Pullmax AB i Göteborg, världsledande inom avancerade stansmaskiner och automation för
plåtindustrin.
Baserat på ett strategiskt samarbete från tidigt 2011, kommer köpet att innebära att LVDs sortiment
av stansmaskiner kompletteras och expanderas, samtidigt som LVDs försäljnings och servicenärvaro
i Norden stärks även för deras kompletta sortiment av övriga plåtbearbetningsmaskiner.
Pullmax försäljnings och serviceorganisation i Sverige blir en del av LVD koncernen, en av världens
ledande tillverkare av plåtbearbetningsmaskiner med tillverkning i Belgien, Frankrike, Slovakien,
USA och Kina och med representation i över 50 länder inklusive 20 dotterbolag för lokal försäljning
och service.

LVD COMPLETES THE ACQUISTION OF PULLMAX AB
Gullegem, Belgium – LVD Company nv, Gullegem, Belgium announced today it has completed the
acquisition of Pullmax AB, Göteborg, Sweden a leader in advanced sheet metal punching machinery
and automation solutions.
Stemming from a strategic alliance with Pullmax in the beginning of 2011, the acquisition
complements and expands LVD’s current punch press technology offerings as well as strengthening
LVD’s sales and service presence in the Nordic countries for its complete range of sheet
metalworking machinery.
The Pullmax sales and service team in Sweden will become part of the of the LVD group. One of the
world’s leading manufacturers of sheet metalworking equipment with manufacturing facilities in
Belgium, France, Slovakia, the U.S. and China, providing representation in over 50 countries
worldwide including 20 direct sales and service subsidiaries.

Product development
LVD and Pullmax are using their combined product and technology experience to continue
developing the LVD-Pullmax ‘single head’ punching machines to ensure that it remains the most
flexible, versatile punching machine on the market. Punching, forming, bending (up to 75mm high)
and tapping in a single machine for complete workpiece processing, including processing of
complex, three-dimensional parts and automation makes the Pullmax machine the most cost
efficient solution for many products.
