Lamell pumper
Meydam lamell pumpe er utviklet for å møte
pumpebehovene på råstoff og prosess siden i
fiskemel- og destruksjons-industrien. Pumpene
leveres i 4 forskjellige størrelser, med kapasiteter fra
3 til 200 m3/time. De gir en skånsom behandling av
råstoffene og har høy kapasitet kombinert med svært
små byggmål. Riktig bruk av Meydam lamell pumpe
gir bedre styring og en bedre totaløkonomi.
Pumpens spesielle egenskaper er at den kan pumpe
massene med et minimum av tilført vann eller andre
væsker, noe som gir følgende fordeler:
· Redusert forrurensing på grunn av nesten
tørr pumping.
· Pumpesystemet er lett å holde rent og
bakteriefritt.
· Pumpemassen holdes i et lukket system
Alle utsatte deler i

er produsert i
spesialstål, og alle
slitedeler er lette
å skifte.
Konstruksjonen av
pumpen, sammen
med plasseringen av
slitedelene gjør at
selve pumpehuset ikke
utsettes for slitasje.

Lamella pumps
Meydam lamella pumps are engineered to meet the
raw material handling and processing needs of the
fish meal- and destruction industries. The pumps are
available in four sizes and in ranges of capacities from
3 to 200 m³/hour. Easy installation is facilitated by
compact design.
In operation, high capacity is combined with optimum
raw material handling. By enabling a better control of
processing operations, Meydam Lamella pumps
represent a sound financial investment.
A special feature is the fact that the Lamella pump
pumps the masses by using a minimum of water and
admixtures, resulting in environmental benefits such as:
· Reduced pollution due to almost
«dry pumping».
· The pump system is easy to clean and to keep
bacteria free.
· The fish and waste are virtually kept in a
«closed" system».
The Meydam pumps are constructed from high-quality
and long-lasting materials and parts. All wearing parts
are easily replaced.
