Hva forventer vi når vi blir kontaktet:
• Bedriften kontakter VAN første gang på telefon (en kort introduksjon av
bedriften, produktet/varen/tjenesten og hva som er styrken, og hvorfor oss)
• Her blir det et JA eller NEI, bedriften må kunne selge inn.
• Hvis Ja, sender bedriften info til VAN på e-mail. Er data mengden for stor,
tvilsomt om det blir lest. Her er det viktig å vurdere hva som sendes.
• Info om produktet/varen/tjenesten, bedriften, organisasjon og økonomisk
situasjon. Hva ønsker bedriften å vise VAN av sterke sider, service grad,
etc.)
• Bedriften kontakter VAN igjen etter 1-3 uker, tlf. og e-mail (for tidlig blir
masete, for sent mangler bedriften interesse!)
