（一）共建生产性实训基地 Productive training base
与长春合心机械制造有限公司合作成立“唐山曹妃甸合心机器人系统
集成公司”，共建生产性企业实体；合心机械与韩国现代重工一起，对学
生进行机器人技术培训，开展职业技能竞赛。通过师生共同参与，实现人
才培养、技术研发和产品生产一体化，形成人才共育、技术共研、成果共
享、风险共担的紧密型合作关系。

Future Expectation
当前，中国正在推进经济发展方式转变，建设创新型国家，并加快发
展应用性高等教育，推行产教融合、校企合作的人才培养模式，培养高
素质应用技术人才。
Currently, China is boosting the transformation of economic development
mode, and building an innovation-originated nation. Also, the
development of application-oriented higher education is accelerated. The
talent training mode of combination between production and teaching,
cooperation between school and industry has been promoted to train highquality skilled talents.
五、未来展望
Future Expectation
今年，我院迁入了作为河北第一增长极的曹妃甸，这里是装备制造业、
化工产业和港口物流的集聚地，具备了校企合作的新优势。学院将与著名企
业、社会团体、国外知名应用技术大学合作，共建混合所有制办学实体，形
成责任共担、成果共享的新型办学机制。
In 2014, TIVTC has moved to Caofeidian which is the first growth pole in
Hebei province. Equipment manufacturing industry, chemical engineering
industry and port logistics industry are gathered here, which is provided with
new advantage for industry-school cooperation. TIVTC will cooperate with
famous enterprises, social organization and well-known foreign universities of
applied technology to establish school-running entity with mixed ownerships
and form new system of sharing responsibilities and achievements

学院将努力建设与国际高水平应用技术大学对接的高等职业教育国际
合作学院，引进国外先进教育资源，以国际化的视野，构建多级衔接的课
程体系，为延伸高素质技术技能人才成长的理想通道创造条件。
• With the Synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province,
TIVTC will further develop the cooperation with International education
institutes to set up a higher vocational education institute of international
cooperation. TIVTC will introduce advanced education resources and
structure multistage module system with international view to realize the
connection of higher vocational education with applied undergraduate
education and professional master education. It is expected to provide
opportunities for vocational students to achieve further study.
