BACKGROUND







Eastern Scientific Technology Center (ESTC) develops innovative technologies in a
number of industrial sectors.
Professor Karina G. Sherbyna led a team of researchers working on Enhanced Oil
Recovery and developed a process called TGC-EHR.
This technology has been tested from 1998 – 2013 using specialists supervised by
Professor Sherbyna.
TGC-EHR is now a patented technological process.
There are 3 patents for TGC-EHR:
Ukraine Patent 88393 in the name of Karina Hryhorivna Sherbyna
Russia Patent 2126084 in the name of Karina Grigorievna Sherbina and 6 others
US 6488086 in the name of Karina Grigorievna Sherbina and 4 others
BACKGROUND






Eastern Scientific Technology Center (ESTC) develops innovative technologies in a
number of industrial sectors.
Professor Karina G. Sherbyna led a team of researchers working on Enhanced Oil
Recovery and developed a process called TGC-EHR.
This technology has been tested from 1998 – 2013 using specialists supervised by
Professor Sherbyna.
TGC-EHR is now a patented technological process.
Some of these specialists are seeking to commercialise the technology with the
permission of Professor Sherbyna/ESTC and have established a company with the
name Prestil Energy Limited having its registered address in London.
Whilst members of the team has considerable experience with this process in a
number of countries, Prestil has only been involved as a commercial entity in two
such projects, in Oman and Russia.
INTRODUCTION TO PRESTIL






A number of members of Professor Sherbyna’s team have set up companies to
commercially exploit ESTC’s processes and technology.
Sergiy Malygon is a Director of ESTC and has formed Prestil Energy Limited with
Gennadii Kasian and two others using London as its UK registered address.
Sergiy and Gennadii have brought together a strong team of professionals with high
levels of skills and proven track records in the Oil sciences and in business.
Prestil benefits from having a current Director of ESTC as a shareholder and Director.
The team established by Sergiy and Gennadii will organise, manage and complete
contracts in India.

TEAM BACKGROUND
Sergiy Malygon: Sergii Malygon is a director of both Eastern Scientific and Technological
Center Ltd and Prestil Energy Limited. As a director of these companies, he managed
the contracts and works for treating wells by the thermo - gas - chemical method for
increasing and recovering oil and gas wells known as TGC-EHR. Sergey has successfully
used the process on 40 wells in China, Central Asia, Russia and Ukraine.
Gennadii Kasyan: As director of the construction company "Ukrainskie Energoresursy“
Gennadii performed contracts for building and maintaining technical equipment for
Ukrtransgaz (Kiev, Ukraine) and GPU “Poltavagazvidobuvannya” (Poltava, Ukraine) as
well as supervising gas trading activities.
Oleksii Kuznetsov: As deputy to the director of construction Company "Ukrainskie
Energoresursy“ (Gennadii Kasyan) assisted with contracts and other corporate tasks.
TEAM BACKGROUND
Brendan Murphy: A Corporate Advisor with 25 years business experience who has
worked the four corners of Europe from Ireland to Ukraine, Finland to Turkey. Brendan
focuses on corporate strategy, development and performance.
Dr Dewakar Gupta: A industry professional with 35 years in the upstream oil & gas
sector. R& D expert with field experience, resolving operational problems and providing
solutions like Drilling of oil and gas wells, processing of oil and gas. Cleaning of oil
pipelines, Water chemistry, geochemical surveys, characterisation of oil, gas and water,
environment impact assessments, environment clearances and monitoring. He has
experience in Corporate planning, corporate communications. He has many papers to
his credit in National and international journals and presented many papers in
conferences.
TEAM BACKGROUND
Vladimir Gladun: A specialist in the geophysics of exploration wells having trained at the
Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas (Ukraine) and the Russian
State University Oil and Gas. Vladimir has worked on wells in Ukraine, Russia,
Turkmenistan
Taras Kuliy: A specialist in R&D. Taras combines his Prestil work with being Chair of
Theoretical Physics at Ivan Franko National University of L’viv (Ukraine). He is a highly
respected scientists with many academic papers to his name.
Nikolai Fateev: Is our chief Geologist. He trained at Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical
University of Oil and Gas (Ukraine) and has worked for GPU “Poltavagazvidobuvannya”
(Poltava, Ukraine) – Geologist LLC “Yugneftegas” (Turkmenistan) - Exploration wells
engineer and LLC “Yugneftegas” (Turkmenistan) - Geologist
PRESTIL’S TGC-EHR EXPERIENCE





Prestil has successfully used TGC EHR in Oman and in Russia.
The Oman contract was with Alexandra Revival Technology Limited commencing in
February 2012.
The Oman well was not producing any output before treatment and delivered 120
Barrels per day after treatment.
The Russian contracts were with Polar Lights as US/Rus Joint Company.
This work took place in April 2012 and the contractor has confirmed that by April
2013, the effect was to raise production from 7.3t/day to 15t/day
