REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ)
Government of Punjab (GoP) has decided to undertake
development, construction/upgradation, operation and
maintenance of 2(Two) important road corridors in the State
of Punjab through PPP on Design, Built, Operate and
Transfer (DBFOT) basis. Chief Engineer (IP), Punjab PWD
(B&R) invites Request for Qualification from the eligible
bidders interested in designing, finance, construction,
operation, and maintenance of project roads on DBFOT
basis for these roads, the brief of which is as below:

SUBMISSION OF RFQ
Request for Qualification (RFQ) document consisting of detailed Scope of Work, Eligibility Criteria and other Project details etc.
of each road can be downloaded from the website of PIDB www.pidb.org or can be purchased from the office of IL&FS
Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd, along with a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty
Thousand only) as processing fee in favour of respective Executive Engineers of the roads indicated above from
19.10.2012 & upto 03.12.2012. Interested bidders may submit their RFQ proposals to the office of Chief Engineer(IP)
PWD(B&R) at the address mentioned below, on or before 04.12.2012 for each of the road separately. A Pre-Application
Conference would be held in the Conference Room of PIDB at Chandigarh on 02.11.2012.

assigning any reason thereof.
