support, infrastructure setup & management to
exits and end of service benefits administration
Since all these resources are on our rolls,
customers can increase and decrease workforces
in line with business requirements & the
regulatory environment

WHAT WE DO
The solutions business offers end to end
telephony solutions. Our technology handles over
45 million calls annually
We handle all aspects of telephony including
hardware, software & maintenance. Our
offerings are available both in premised & hosted
models.
Since we offer technology solutions on a pay as
you go (OPEX) basis, customers have extreme
flexibility when it comes to scaling up their
operations with us, since their CAPEX investment
on technology is now zero

Anshuj Sahaya, CEO, carries over a decade of experience in
BFSI. He has held several national roles in the sales, products
and alliances side of business. He has worked with Standard
Chartered, Kotak Mahindra Bank, BNP Paribas & a leading
financial services distribution company.
Vinay Yadav, Business Head- Solutions
Vinay Yadav joined Buzzworks as VP - Products, in June 2013. He is
an Engineer in Electronics & communication and
has done his PGDM from IIM Indore. Vinay has 7 years of experience
in field of product development with various companies; mainly in
telecommunication protocols, mobile applications.

Gaurav Kapoor, Vice President - Sales
Sales Professional & Strategist with over 11 years of successful sales
leadership in Start Up and Territory Expansion. He excels in driving
revenues through innovative and focused sales force and channel
development initiatives.
Prakash R R, Business head - services, has setup the services
business from scratch as one of the earliest employees of the
company. He has shared as well as contributed to the growth of the
company in the past decade & continues to lead services businesses
to new milestones.
Harish Ravindranath, Vice President - Sales
Sales & Business Development as 15+ years of experience in
various domains. He was earlier associated with Helios And
Matheson, Adecco India Pvt Limited, HDFC Bank Ltd., DHL
Worldwide, Asian Paints Ltd., and Reach Marketing Services.
