Corporate History and Achievements
SP Consulting was set up in 1992 to address the needs of the
manufacturing and service sectors for quality management. We
have the distinction of being the first company to be certified to
ISO 9001 for the provision of quality management consultancy
services by PSB Certification since 1993. We have since then
expanded our core competence to cover a wide range of consulting
services to better look after our clients’ interest. We believe in
service to our nation and have won the SAF Award for Employers
in 1997, 1999, 2003 and 2004. In Year 2000, we won the pinnacle

What is TR 8:2003?
Technical Reference 8:2003 is a Quality Management System
standard for the safeguarding of bunker quality throughout its supply
chain from product procurement to bunker delivery. This technical
standard is closely aligned to ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management
System standard. All licensed bunker suppliers are required to be
