Target Market

Option Tracker™ is ideal for small to medium sized companies
with a need to simplify option grant administration and generate
useful reports. The Black-Scholes, Binomial and volatility models
in the Option Tracker™ comply with FAS 123R and SEC
valuation and reporting standards.

The option and volatility models within the software have been
extensively used for over 10 years by FASB, Big 4 accounting
firms, valuation consultants and many corporations.

Option Tracker™ has been designed to be useful to a wide range
of corporate managers, from the HR Manager and Stock Option
