TeamTrack by creating a
Technical Consultancy
Request; follow step 2  8
In the Description field please
describe:
 System dump with or without customer
data
 Where you want the NIU board to be
placed
 Type of NIU board (NIU or NIU2) you
want to be used in the new system
dump
 Which BC release and Service Pack if
you do not want the latest BC release
and Service Pack
If you have ordered the Easy SW
Upgrade Service in a TT-Ticket you are
welcome to add the PC-Regen data to
the TT-Ticket or send it by email to
esu_se@aastra.com
The new system dump will be delivered at the Easy SW Upgrade download
area at Enterprise Service Support Plaza
