Owners who are veterans, service-disabled
veterans, or eligible surviving spouses
Eligible Term:
One year with no change in ownership
PL-109 Verification Program
Process has 3 steps
 First, application is checked to ensure all
required documents are submitted
 Second, the documents are carefully checked to
verify information an authenticity
 Third, a site visit is conducted to ensure that
business location exists and verify other
information pertinent to company and records

CVE VERIFICATION PROCESS
CVE has now extended the one year reverification to two years before a
company needs to re-verify.
 CVE has joined forces with the PTACs and
the Veterans Small Business Coalition to
assist SDVOSB/VOSB companies with the
verification process.

