PV Educational Platform Objectives: Creation of an educational and demonstrational platform for PV Offers a training platform for the technical workforce Create a link between the Lebanese and French Markets The platform is planned to be completed by End of 2015 Training of the trainers: Beginning 2016 13 3. PV Educational Platform Current Phase: Development of the training package Setting the technical specifications for the platform Forming the “Le Club Entreprises” Defining contributions of the respective firms Currently 12 confirmed participating firms, and 8 engaged and yet to sign agreements 14 3. The Energy University Directed to professionals in the RE and EE sectors and self paced 319 online courses in 12 languages The platform is divided into several educational levels LCEC has 3 course paths through the platform Schneider is the owner of the platform On completion a Schneider Certificate is distributed, for the LCEC path an independent certificate will be granted. Several international partners and universities First collaboration of its kind in the Middle East, and the League of Arab States showed interest in such collaboration. 16 4.
