Objective 2: To implement an employer-led consortium model to optimise employment. Objective 3: To ensure the placement of at least 70% of learners in employment on completion. Objective 4: To ensure the development of home-grown supervisors and managers. Employed learners must be paid a salary / wage no less than their learner stipend and aligned to market rates.
