LGUs, NGAs and BMOs cooperate to use opportunities for an environmentally friendly and climate smart development Promote and support buy-back and/or recycle initiatives for Battery, Electronic and other Hazardous wastes Convene stakeholders and regulatory agencies on how to identify business models to collect and handle hazardous wastes May DTI to consider empty wine bottles Organize Bi-Annual meetings with interested stakeholders March / Nov and partners to push green agenda.
