2. Major Business Activities
1) Hot Insulation
We provide complete hot insulation work for the petrochemical,
power generation, nuclear energy power, incinerator, steel mill and fertilized facilities.
2) Cold Insulation
We have specialized in the particular requirement for the cold insulation
including application within the chemical/petrochemical plant and LNG/LPG gas
liquefaction and recovery.
3) HVAC
We provide HVAC work for petrochemical, power generation, nuclear energy power,
incinerator, steel mill and fertilized facilities.
4) Fire Proofing
Our experience has enabled us to provide specialized
insulation services for both oil & gas and
non –oil & gas industries. These involve
from material fabrication to installation of
equipment. The insulation is primarily used
for the conservation of energy (hot insulation)
or acoustic insulation; applied to piping, equipment
and other surface as directed.

5) Refractory Installation
We provide fabrication and installation of refractory furnace, incinerator and
high temperature furnace.
6) Industrial Blasting & Painting
We provide a range of blasting and painting services for projects on oil, gas,
petrochemical and power generation industries.
These services will typically involve the provision of shot blasting facilities on or
off sites and the field application of touch-up and finish paintings.
In the field, we have trained and developed our workforce to be multi-skilled
such that field painting can be undertaken by our insulators or other skilled labor
thus providing the greater flexibility at times of congestion on sites.
7) Associated Service
In response to client needs, the company industrial services seek to maximize the range
of industrial service offered.
These include industrial cleaning, fabrication of both insulation and sheet metal and,
for offshore installations, the provision of an integrated facilities management support
service including lifting and janitorial services with specialized and proven partners.

Application
Description
Calcium Silicate Pipe Cover & Board is recommended
for use on equipment and piping operating at temperatures
from ambient to indoors and protected outdoors up to
650 ℃. It is ideally suited for industrial use in areas such
as the petrochemical and power generating industries
where energy conservation, process control, personal
protection and fire protection are prerequisites.
Calcium Silicate Pipe Cover & Board

Description
Mineral Wool used calcium silicate minerals with high temperature heat resistance including basalt
and andesite as main raw materials, and forms them in certain shapes. Proper facing materials can
be attached or surface can be coated as occasion demands. Since it is made inorganic minerals, it
does not burn, has wider range of applications than other insulation materials under high temperature.
It forms ideal insulation air layer since it contains lots of fibers per unit volume, providing very low
thermal conductivity.
It is a very economical insulation material that helps to create pleasant living spaces and to
considerably save cooling and heating expenses. Mineral wool is an excellent product that uses
special raw materials and improves heat resistance one step further. It is highly resistant to chemicals
including acid or alkali because it consists of chemically stable minerals. Since it is light and elastic, it
can be easily cut with ordinary tools such as knife or saw, and can be installed an any places for any
purpose.

(2) Polyisocyanurate Foam Insulation (PIR)
Description
PIR insulation is CFC-free and produces as
a continuous foam bun-stock with the ability
to be fabricated into any shape and sizes
such as sheets, pipe shells, tank and vessel
covering and custom parts for a variety of
insulation, core material and carving
applications.
While retaining all of the benefits of rigid
polyurethane insulation, PIR offers greater
dimensional stability over a wider service
temperature range.
Application
PIR insulation may be used for such
application operating within the
temperature range from -170°C to
+120°C. It is designed for use in a
wide range of applications including :
• Oil refinery & petrochemical plant
• LPG/LNG gas & cryogenic plant
• LPG/LNG carrier
• LPG/LNG receiving terminals
• Ethylene/Ammonia production plant
• Cryogenic pipe and equipment

Moisture penetration can degrade
thermal insulating performance. Since
PIR has high closed cell content and
consists of strongly-linked matrix, it does
not easily break down in service and
shows excellent resistance to moisture
penetration. When used with proper
installation of vapor barriers, PIR
provides further improved performance

In accordance with the ASTM designation
E84-05, Standard Method of Test for
Surface Burning Characteristics of Building
Materials, PIR has a smoke density 250
and a flame spread 25. When exposed to
fire, PIR does not melt away of spread
flame. Thus it may satisfy the requirement
or regulation of major industrial standards,
of the world.
PIR has a fully aged thermal conductivity as low
as 0.023 W/mk. (Min. 6 months aging) Thus it
can achieve the same insulation value with a
minimal thickness of insulation even in most
severe operating conditions.
Less insulation can facilitate thinner walls, more
space, and fewer and tighter energy-losing
seams. Therefore PIR insulating system can
achieve a lower surface area and
cost saving of finishing materials

(4) Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM)
Description
EPDM insulation is an elastomeric insulation
product with excellent UV resistance. It has
a low flame and smoke rating and excellent
water and weather resistance. EPDM
insulation is low water vapor transmittance
material and has low thermal conductivity.
EPDM insulation is an eco-material and
PVC, CFC free.

(1) Aluminum Roll Jacketing
Description
Aluminum Roll Jacketing is manufactured from
alloys conforming to ASTM B209 designation.
These alloys are chosen because of their superior
corrosion resistance and durable weather
properties. Half hard temper provides optimum
mechanical properties and facilitates field
application. Aluminum Roll Jacketing is available
in a smooth mill finish or a stucco embossed
pattern in accordance with surface treatment
method.
Recommended Uses
• 0.4 T : Selected for industrial use in areas subject to traffic and abuse.
Recommended over insulated lines up to 36” O.D. including insulation.
• 0.5 T : A heavier weight jacketing used on larger diameter lines and large equipment up
to 8 feet in diameter.
• 0.6 T : Used in special applications where extra thickness and protection is required,
such as fabricated tank head covers and other special fabrication.
• 0.8 ~ 1.0 T : Available in rolls, where extra heavy gauges are required because of
severe mechanical abuse or special fabricating requirements, such as flat ducts
or precipitators. Also recommended for areas subject to high wind conditions.
Polykraft Moisture Barrier
Polykraft consists of one layer of one mil polyethylene film with a protective layer of 40 pound
virgin kraft paper. The moisture barrier is attached to the jacketing by continuous lamination to
the full width of the metal. The moisture barrier is used to prevent moisture and corrosives, in
the insulation, from coming into direct contact with the metal jacketing surface and causing
galvanic or chemical corrosion

(2) Stainless Steel Jacketing
Finishes
Stainless Steel Jacketing is
available in several finishes
which include smooth, stucco
embossed and in the lighter
gauges, 3/16’’ corrugated.
The stucco embossed finish
on Stainless Steel Jacketing
reduces glare from sunlight,
adds strength, and has more
potential for masking
application fingerprints,
scratches, dents and other
minor surface blemishes.
Description
Stainless Steel Roll Jacketing is manufactured
from T304 and T316 prime grade Austenitic
stainless steel with regular 2B mill finish for
flatness and reduced glare.
The yield strength is 30,000~45,OOOpsi, the
tensile 75,000~100,000psi. For easy field
fabrication, Stainless Steel Jacketing is supplied in
the soft or annealed condition. T304 is normally
used except in the most corrosive areas where
T316 is justified.
Both T304 and T316 Stainless Steel are described
in ASTM A-240. Stainless Steel Jacketing has a
melting point of Approx. 2500ºF. Stainless Steel
offers the best fire protection of all metals used for
metal jacketing.
Applications
The primary use of Stainless
Steel sheet and jacketing is
for hostile environments such
as the pulp, paper, textile,
refinery and Petrochemical
applications.
Moisture Barrier
Stainless Steel Jacketing is supplied with a moisture barrier, which consists of 40pound Kraft paper with one-mil thick, low density polyethylene film, heat and pressure
bonded to the interior surface. This moisture barrier prevents galvanic corrosion
caused by contact of dissimilar metals in the presence of moisture, and chemical
corrosion caused by installing sheets over damp insulation materials. For increased
galvanic and corrosion protection, three-mil polyethylene moisture barriers are
available.

(3) Corrugated Sheets

Description
Corrugated Sheets are available in Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
They provide protection for insulated equipment, towers, vessels and tanks
with outside diameters of 12’ or more.
Aluminum Corrugated Sheets are supplied in five thicknesses,
.025, .030, .035, .040 and .050.
Stainless Steel Corrugated Sheets can be supplied in .010 and heavier
thicknesses. Corrugated Sheets are available in 11/4’’ and 3’’ corrugations.
The 11/4’’ corrugations have a depth 1/4’’ and the 3’’ corrugations have depth
of 3/4’’.
Aluminum Corrugated Sheets are supplied in 1100, 3003, 3105 or 5005 alloy
and Stainless is supplied in T-304 or T-316 alloy. Corrugated Sheets are
available in a smooth finish and a stucco embossed pattern up to 12’ in
length. Greater lengths may be specially ordered.
