AB “Linas” offers 100% linen and linen/cotton fabrics for home textiles and
clothing:
Basic,
Plain dyed;
Yarn dyed,
Printed,
Two sided fabrics.
Basic qualities – PFD plain weave
Basic quality fabrics are ivory white (off white, PFD) and natural, without any
additional finish, plain weave. Composition: 100% linen, linen/cotton, 100%
cotton. There are totally 18 articles which we always have in stock.
Weight 70-280 g/m2
Min order – 50mtr, min order for sampling – 20mtr with extra costs
Lead time – 1 week
Additional finishing with extra price is possible: chemical or mechanical
softening, pre shrinkage.
PFD fabrics – structure weave
We can weave various structures: twill, dobby, herringbone, panama, basket
weave, openwork, gauze and etc.
Weight 70-400 g/m2
Min order – 350mtr ; min order for sampling – 20mtr with extra costs
Lead time – 3-4weeks
Additional finishing with extra price is possible: chemical or mechanical
softening, pre shrinkage.
PFD fabrics – dyed reactive colors
All bleached fabrics (plain, structure weave) can be dyed acc. our color card, pantone
number or customer sample.
There is no color limits
Min order – 400mtr per color , min order for sampling – 20mtr with extra costs
Lead time – 4-6weeks
Additional finishing with extra price is possible: chemical or mechanical softening,
pre shrinkage.

PFD fabrics – dyed sulfur colors (wash out colors)
All bleached fabrics (plain, structure weave) can be dyed acc. our color card, pantone
number or customer sample. This fabric must be washed with enzymes before final
use.
Min order – 400mtr per color; min order for sampling – 20mtr with extra costs
Lead time – 4-6weeks
We can provide fabric ready for enzyme washing (you will need sew item and wash
it) or washed already in our factory.
PFD fabrics – dyed sulfur colors Colorcards

Printed fabrics
We have screen/flat printing equipment which can print up 7 colors for one design .
We can print client’s designs or adopt design from our collection (changing colors,
sizes)
We can print all colors including gold, silver, pearl
Printing can be done on white (PFD) or dyed fabrics
Min order – 400mtr per color ; min order for sampling – 20mtr with additional costs
Lead time – 4-6weeks
Additional finishing with extra price is possible: chemical or mechanical softening,
pre shrinkage.
Fabrics from dyed yarns – stripes, checks, etc.
We have yarn dyeing facility in our factory, therefore we can offer yarn dyed fabrics.
We use VAT and reactive dyes for yarn dyeing.
No color limits (yarns can be dyed acc. our color card, pantone number or customer
sample)
NEWS! Mélange color yarns – 16 colors available on our basic linen yarns

Lead time – 4-8weeks
There is no color limits in the warp, but we can use up to 6 colors in the weft during
the weaving

Fabrics from dyed yarns – jacquard
We can offer two options for jacquard weaving – weave PFD fabric and then dye it in
reactive or sulfur colors or weave fabric from dyed yarns.
We can weave client’s designs or adopt design from our collection (changing colors,
sizes)
Min order – 400mtr per color ; min order for sampling – 20mtr with extra costs
Lead time – 4-8weeks
There is no color limits in the warp, but we can use only 2 colors in the weft;

We can get mélange effect by weaving one yarn dyed color in warp and other yarn dyed
color in weft.

Double-face fabric
NEW! We can weave double sided jacquard, structure or plain weave fabrics. We can
offer two options for double weaving – weave PFD fabric and then dye it in reactive or
sulfur colors or weave fabric from dyed yarns.
