What is the MGUE Overarching Strategy?
• May 2010 ADM by USD(AT&L) directed us to deliver capability ASAP
• Deliver a usable capability as close as possible to FY13
• We’re completing a successful Technology Demonstration Program
• Achieved M-Code Crypto, SAASM, C/A-code, AT and AS capability
• Implemented several new policies, programs, and requirements
• GPS User Equipment Information Assurance Program
• USD(AT&L) Anti-Tamper program
• Trusted Foundry program
• ICDs 703, 722, 723, etc….
• 3 prototype contracts  2 development contracts maintains industrial base
• Implement DoD policies on efficiencies and affordability
Leverage technology developed under MUE
Finish Discovery
Mature the technology and move into EMD
