Say “Please” and “Thank You”. Talk to students conversationally Talk to students close up, rather than yelling across the room. Greet students when they arrive, and say “Good Bye” when they leave. Look at students when talking to them. Say positive things to and about the students. Never imitate a student to make fun. Attempt prompting before using physical guidance.
