Roy Vujovich


He made GHS football into a powerhouse in the late 50’s
and early 60’s. In all he spent 14 seasons at GHS
compiling a record of 84-47 with four Foothill League
titles. His most successful team was the 1962
Dynamiters which advanced to the CIF semifinal game
played at the Los Angeles Coliseum, losing to Loyola, 70.
He coached Dynamiter squads that in 1955 and 1962
finished the regular season unbeaten.
