A Transitional Kindergarten program providing young kindergartners with
a developmentally appropriate readiness curriculum that prepares them
for success in traditional Kindergarten.

• Based on developmental stages (Piaget, Gesell)

Criteria for Placement
• July 1st to December 2nd birthdays are given Maturational
Assessment Test
• Readiness based on academic, motor, social skills
• Students are placed according to developmental age
• Movement to traditional Kindergarten or
• 1st grade made by informed parental decision
