Setting up & capacity building of Management Committee 2. Elaboration & implementation of school development and strategic plan ; 3. Definition & implementation of staff capacity development plan; 4. Development of school budget planning (+software); 5. Development of income generating projects (i.e. production and training units). 6. .... Challenges • Few involvement of districts and sectors in the TVET implementation and in the support of Peer Learning implementation • Lack of material and financial resources to sustain this peer learning dynamic Le21/03/2012
