Attendance is essential to your
child’s academic success.
When they are absent:
Please send them with a note
when they return explaining why
The attendance office will issue a
“re-admit” to clear the absence.
If the absence is not cleared it is
unexcused

Home/School Communication




Grades and Progress reports are mailed
home a total of 8 times during the school
year.
We send out Connect-Ed phone messages
throughout the year for major events and
test dates.
Make sure your address and phone
number are current.

Home Visit


LBHS participates in the Home Visit
project.
Teachers/counselors go out to your
home to strengthen communication
to improve student achievement in
an environment that is comfortable
for the family.
7th Period



7th period is from 3:06 – 4:02 every
day except Thursday
Athletes are encouraged to take a 7th
period study skills class
During lunch today, sign your child
up at the After-School Program Table
