Our objectives on this trip are to: - develop teamwork skills - develop the ability to face personal challenges - develop independence and personal choice skills - give children a range of active experiences General information • PGL site near Swindon, run by staff trained to work with children • http://www.pgl.co.uk/en-gb/familyadventures/centres/liddington • A secure site with 24 hour staffing • Daytime staff to pupil ratios are very high Packing • Please ensure that children can carry luggage – the residential block is a not next to the car park, and the rooms are on the first floor with no lift facility for pupils! • A reusable water bottle is essential • Please ensure all clothing is old, including footwear • Children will require a warm, practical and waterproof coat in which they can move easily to take part in activities • Label all items with your child’s name • NO electrical items What we need from you… • Medicines – over to Mrs Scales • Please tell us ANY details that will help us keep your child safe, happy and healthy, including any night-time issues • Please remind children that behaviour standards are still expected to be as high as usual • Please collect children on our return
