PAC representatives give important support in measure prioritization. b) Open minded environment. During the project an openminded environment was created, that inspires creative thinking, innovation, and thought-provoking dialogue amongst the project participants. It have changed the way of thinking about environmental issues, and help understanding that making local changes does make a collective difference and belongings of sustainable and innovative society.
