The staff team includes the Chief Executive Carey Oppenheim, the Director of Implementation Donna Molloy, the Director of Evidence Professor Leon Feinstein, early intervention advisers, and evidence analysts. Start-up funding is in place for the first two years, during which we are already building a £20million endowment to meet most of the EIF running costs in perpetuity.
