Day, full-time (varying schedule by quarter). Look at a
current LWIT “schedule of classes”
Off-site clinicals are 40 hrs/wk
– Own transportation required
– Last 3 weeks of quarter IV

Prerequisite Grade Considerations
• Cumulative GPA threshold is 3.0 and is taken
from the six prerequisite courses
• Minimum grade in each class must be 2.0
• Cumulative GPA is initially a non-points bearing
application requirement
• GPA could be used to rank candidates later in the
review process in the event of otherwise equally
qualified applications
• All prerequisite courses must be complete prior
to applying.
