DANISH COUNTRY SUPPLEMENT Ignis Global Funds SICAV (the "Fund") The purpose of this country supplement is, in accordance with Section 3(3) of the Danish Executive Order no. 1298 of 14 December 2012 on marketing carried out by foreign investment undertakings in Denmark, to provide information to Danish retail investors of the Fund on the Danish representative of the Fund. THE DANISH REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FUND The Fund has appointed Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken Danmark, filial af Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (PUBL.), Sverige with company registration number (CVR. no.) 19 95 60 75, with its registered office at Bernstorffsgade 50, DK-1577 Copenhagen V, Denmark, to act as its representative in Denmark. Danish retail investors may obtain the following documents for each sub-fund notified in Denmark: (a) the latest Prospectus of the Fund; (b) annual report for each financial year of the Fund; (c) half-yearly report covering the first six months of the financial year of the Fund; (d) articles of incorporation of the Fund; and (e) key investor information documents ("KIIDs").
