MoUs;
 create synergy between CETAF/EDIT initiated
projects;
 provide a single entry point for communication;
 disseminate and communicate;
Front office Central tasks
 report to the Directors (especially if there is a
budget) globally;
 act as the BoD secretariat (meetings…);
 lobby ;
 identifying funding opportunities;

- Leadership (in kind ?) + secretariat
