The test manager ensures that:
– Testing is performed
 Overseeing Software Testers perform testing in the right
way.
– Testing is documented
 Overseeing test cases are properly designed.
 Participating in Formal Reviews, Peer Reviews.
 Overseeing any type of testware is developed.
 Implement Test Standards.
