Q: Do I need to mark each tag
as received “RC”?
A: NO 
Q: I received my tag shipment,
why can’t I find them in

A: If your user ID is restricted to
Bureau, you may not be able to
see your orders in the FMVRS.

A: For individual records, update in the detail page using
the Office Code drop down list box.
Q: Why won’t my Vehicle Identification Card print?
A: There are three reasons….
A: All required information must be included in a vehicle
record for an Identification Card to be generated.
•Attached Federal license plate with expiration date
•POC information including all mandatory fields
•Vehicle record details are required, ex: color or fuel type
