Clearing a Negative Emotion or Limiting Decision
1. Decide what you are going to clear and then
find the Root or 1st event that is the cause and
go to the place on your time line.

2. Once you understand where to go, float just
above the event (5-8 feet), staying above your
time line.

3. Still above your time line, go 15 minutes
before the event, before you made the
limiting decision. Do you feel you found the
root cause? Ask Unconscious Mind, “Is this
the Root? Is this the first event?” Do you feel
the emotion or limiting decision still playing
a role while in 3?

4. Take all the wisdom you have, because you are
going back into the past as a person from the
future with all the knowledge and wisdom
that helps you to understand, to change this
emotional charge or decision to serve you
better. Go into the event and change your
decision. Be clear and positive. Use good
language that supports the outcome.

5. Rise above your time line from the root
event. Turn and look towards the now.
Allow any event, related to this event, to
rise up on you time line. The things that
rise up on your time line are the residual
effects, now is the line to let them all go.
Choose a way to release the emotion
/limiting decision.
