Who We Are • This Meetup group is part of a non-profit organization called the International Network on Personal Meaning (INPM), founded by Dr. Paul Wong (www.meaning.ca). • Dr. Paul Wong is a Registered Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Lilian Wong is a psychotherapist, and Jessica Nee is their assistant. Our History • INPM was founded by Dr. Paul Wong in 1989. • The Meaningful Living Group (M4L) was started in May, 2011 (www.inpm.org). • We have completed two cycles of M4L Lessons (14 lessons each cycle). Our Mission and Vision • The mission of INPM is to advance meaningcentered research, therapy and education • The mission of M4L is to educate the general public about the science and art of meaningful living. • The vision of M4L is to promote positive mental health to prevent/reduce mental illness and promote well-being for self and society.
