The NHS aims to improve the implementation of laws that protect human rights such as the HAMP Act. It has strategic objectives about how the law and justice sector can protect vulnerable people from HIV such as prisoners or youths who are in trouble with the law. In the NHS, 31 strategic objectives and 60 major activity areas list the Law and Justice Sector as one of the key implementers.
