This work will have two main outcomes: - an exemplar project or projects - a document that can be used for bidding for funding or to direct developer contributions. Catford regeneration update Rushey Green Assembly, January 2014 Moving forward The market exploration exercise has demonstrated that there is a high level of interest in Catford. The steps the Council has taken to date (purchasing the shopping centre, refurbishing Catford Broadway) have helped to further stimulate that interest. Officers will continue to progress different initiatives alongside the overall transformation/ redevelopment plans. Catford regeneration update Rushey Green Assembly, January 2014
