Click on New Company for creating NBFC company in accounts

name can be inputted as per requirement
and group code as group1
And fill rest of details

the funds of this family can be transfer

In client Modify option Select Family Group NBFC for NBFC clients and
Mark delivery type as 2-to client
In client summary option- select NBFC client yes
Set NBFC cash multiplier – for giving allowable limit against the deposit recd in nbfc
NBFC Scrip Multiplier – For giving allowable limit against stock recd from client
Demat-BSE-Masters-Beneficiary DP-Catalog
Open NBFC beneficiary with NBFC code compulsory in beneficiary DP catalog

Open NBFC Pledge beneficiary with Pledge_NBFC code compulsory in beneficiary DP catalog
Input NBFC pledge account code in system settings as
per the screen shown above
For Interest Calculation-Define interest percentage in client master

Considering multiplier yes will allow to transfer only

on selecting cash Dr Trf (all dr) in the above screen it shows that client
having debit in cash segment of Rs- 174661.44 is allowed up to that
amount only through nbfc funds transfer from nbfc company even though
the amount in other deposit (This amount is derived on the basis of cash
multiplier i.e. cash credit + stock multiplier i.e. value of stock lying in
NBFC beneficiary) that is the amount of cash segment debit or other
deposit amount whichever is less

click in check box for those clients whose funds are required to be
transferred from NBFC to cash segment as per selection

selecting various clients will
show the total amount so that it
can be transferred through one
cheque from NBFC bank to
Cash Bank
Pressing transfer balance button will Pass two different entries in both
the companies
1.
Bank Payment entries will be passed on the selected voucher date
for clients (for each client respectively) in NBFC company in bank
selected
2.
Bank receipt entry in cash segment will be passed in the bank
selected for the same clients and same amount for those whose
payment entry has be passed in NBFC bank
Note:- Entry if want to be deleted has to be deleted from both the companies individually

NBFC bank for the client selected

The above screen shows the corresponding receipt entry in
client on behalf of the payment made by NBFC to client

For Demat effect i.e. Payout Process
After payout (if direct payout then directly do the below process but if
pool payout than first transfer the shares from pool to clients
beneficiary a/c and then do the above process)
Through the above process a file will be generated which you have to
forward it to your DP (for transferring the shares from POA clients
Beneficiary to NBFC beneficiary) so that the shares which have been
credited through payout in POA clients Beneficiary will be transferred
from their account to NBFC beneficiary (i.e. NBFC company’s a/c). A
soft copy will be generated as per the screen shown below after the
above process

On uploading the above soft copy in DP the clients shares will be
transferred to NBFC beneficiary account

Pledging of shares can be done through the above option
Select NBFC in from account and NBFC_PLEDGE in to account, define execution date
Input client code / Scrip code in client / Scrip option for viewing of single client or scrip
Approved scrip – If required than only tick on the respective option
If required quantity to be filled in the clear quantity box automatically by system than select auto
fill quantity yes and if want to be inputted manually than select no in auto fill quantity
After processing instructions can be generated as shown below

Through this report we can view the sale obligation of NBFC clients by selecting
NBFC family in family code option, select nature beneficiary for viewing only stock
available in beneficiary, select beneficiary for specific beneficiary as per the
example shown above

For pledge release from NBFC Pledge Account select Pledge_NBFC in from a/c and
select NBFC beneficiary in to a/c, tick on with sale obligation if want to release as per
sale obligation, input settlement number for which shares has to released as per the
screen shown above

Through this option shares can be transferred to the

1. Sell – represents sale obligation of clients
2. Rec.- represents shares recd against obligation
3. NBFC Qty- Shows quantity available in NBFC beneficiary
4. Transfer qty – shows Qty transferable

After process file will be generated which
has to be uploaded in DP so that shares
can be released from client Beneficiary at
the time of POA instructions generation

This reports gives us information about
the value of stock in transit and available
in beneficiary as per the example shown

This is a detail report giving information about shares lying in beneficiary along
with closing price, amount, percentage of haircut as per defined in scrip master,
and price after haircut, and net amount with haircut
And the ledger column shows the debit amount of client in NBFC company

Before giving payout to clients please go through the above process
on selecting cash Cr Trf (Req) client having credit balance in cash
segment and Debit in NBFC will appear as per the above screen.

This report shows margin shortfall amount as per the
percentage inputted in the above margin short per
column before generating the report
FA Comp. Code- through this option companies can
be selected other than NBFC company for taking
their balance in consideration of short margin call if
no selection is made than it will take all the
companies
as per the screen shown below
