Information about the setup in departments
• Administrative staff need to get all the information
about the assignments from Academic staff (as
required for Add a new assignment ... form) .
• These need to be documented in an Excel file for
ease of upload by Faculty Technical Support Staff
(Excel template provided).
• One person per dept needs to be nominated to have
further training to get Staff Level 2 access rights. This
training will be provided at the time of the setup.
• All Assignment Markers’ computer user-ids (e.g.
fc1dr) need to be provided for setup date.
