Tips and Tricks: Criteria for Nomination Selection
The award nominees will be selected based on:
● Clear “use case” (What exactly do you use Angle(s) for?)
● Clear impact on the business (what has improved?)
● The way this is embedded in your processes & organization (so not a
“one man action”)
● Maximum “benefit/effort ratio”: so it is not about the biggest project, but
about the biggest impact achieved with the least effort.

Tips and Tricks: Angle Screenshots
● Maximum 3 Angles, use one slide per Angle
● You can “blur” the data part of your Angle (otherwise we will) to make your
(confidential) data not visible.
● The Angle comments should be clearly visible to see both the Angle
definition and the Angle comments. The Angle comments should describe
how this Angle should be interpreted and used.

Tips and Tricks: Quantitative Results
Possible quantitative improvements are:
● Time savings => what tasks are eliminated? How much time is saved?
● Stock reductions => which stocks? How much? How?
● Service level improvements
● Risk management
● Compliance improvements
● Cost reductions (i.e. material handling, warehousing, transportation and
production
