范项目70多以及宣传教育20多部门参与了ECBP。 Both the vertical and
horizontal institutional barriers have been broken through a partnership. ≥100 at
central level, ≥ 70 at joined implementing level, and ≥ 20 sectors in the awareness
campaigns were involved under ECBP.
