DOE, that offers a comprehensive and
quantitative, whole-house approach to
improving energy efficiency, comfort, health,
safety and durability of homes.

Southern Nevada, HFNV is responsible for:

Developing and managing the program
standards, policies and procedures

Recruiting contractor/auditor(s) participation

Facilitating training to certify
contractors/auditors as RESNET HERS Raters
and BPI Building Analysts

Promoting the program to homeowners and
contractor/auditor(s)

Ensuring that the work completed under the
program meets program standards through
quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)
