Provide Homeowners a User’s Guide on how to make their home perform optimally. HomeFree Nevada Contractor Requirements: BPI Certified Building Analyst and pass RESNET Written Exam Nevada Contractor’s License and Bond HomeFree Nevada Contractor Requirements: Provide HFNV the Test-Out results for each completed job within five (5) business days.
