Once you hit yellow ($1000 retail sales), you never go back down to white. You ALWAYS make 25% commission on everything you sell
After hitting yellow, you can then hit pink and above. Pink you earn 25% commission on your sales , 3% on your entire team sales
Blue: earn 25% commission on your sales, 4% commission on your entire team sales
Green: earn 30% commission on your sales , 5% on your entire team sales, 3% on your personally sponsored team sales.
Orange/Purple: earn 30% commission on your sales, 5% on entire team sales, 3% on 1st people who hit green or higher; 4% on 2nd
people who hit green or higher on the same team as the green elite.

How to start a party!
Step 1
Log into your Younique Back office. Under “my office link on top right, click on “Parties I’m hosting

Click the green “Schedule a New Party” link on the right

Highlight the URL at the top, copy and paste to whomever you want to give to.
REMINDERS
ALWAYS have a party going under your name so any random customers
who ask you where to order from, you can give them that link so you can
earn hostess rewards (y product credit and ½ off discounts).
Customers can order directly off your general link, but if they specifically
ask you, give them the open party so you get double the credit.
Since parties only last 10 days, always go in and create a new one every
10 days.
