The Scarlet Ibis

The scarlet ibis is native to the tropical regions
of northern South America from Venezuela to
eastern Brazil and coastal islands. They
inhabit fresh and salt water estuaries,
swamps, lagoons, shallow bays, marshes, mud
flats, and mangrove trees.
