31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and
the terrible day of the LORD come.
32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be
delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said,
and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
Mt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this
rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail
against it.
19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and
whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and
whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Jesus said build it.

 Ac 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know
assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye

 42 ¶ And they continued stedfastly in the apostles'
doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in
prayers.

Then why do we exist?

the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and
ours:Ro 16:16 Salute one another with an holy kiss. The
churches of Christ salute you.
 Why call yourself something that can’t be found in the
book?
 Creeds and such like
 2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God,
and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for
correction, for instruction in righteousness:

furnished unto all good works.
