Summary of fable 12:
There was a year without rain, animals hadn't food or
water, and they were very hungry and thirsty. In the
middle of the forest, there was a pear tree and it was
full of pears, but none animals could eat thepears
because there was a tiger under that tree. Whrn the
monkeys tried to come near the tree, the tiger made
a terrible sound " Stay away or I'll eat you up"!
Later a rabbit came and the other animals explain
their situation. The rabbit thought for a while and
then he had an idea. The next morning were in the
forest near the field, soon the rabbit came along,
carrying a large, thick rope. He ran across the fiels
and made a lot of noise. Tiger opened one eye and
angrily said " Why are you making so much noise"?
The rabbit shouted "You must run"! A big wind is
coming, it will blow everything and everyone off the
earth. At that moment animals in the forest began to
make noise.
Tiger was afraid, Rabbit told him that he must run,
while rabbit must tied down the other animals with
the rope.
Tiger told rabbit that tie him down now. Rabbit said ok
and tied it around and around. When he finished , he
called to his friends in the forest and said " Look at
Tiger" Now he can't keep us away from pears. Finally
the animals sat happily together under the pear's
tree and ate all the pears.
