 Motivation requires a degree of anxiety and arousal for




optimum performance.
Some stress is good stress.
Worrying about when to get started, and procrastination all
activate the stress response system – but if you don’t do any
work then the body wont return to its resting state.
This is bad stress.
Plan now; start early.
Sound advice
 Eat properly- veg and fruit with breakfast
everyday starting today!!
 Exercise at least 30 mins each day- swim,
walk….whatever.
 No all nighters!!
 Ask questions.
 Talk about your worries.

 TUTORIAL TIME REVIEW SESSIONS:
 Come to my classroom any day after school, or arrange
to come in a free period (G, A, E) to go through the
questions you have prepared.
 It is highly recommended that you come at least 3 times
(for the three LOAs/Abnormal)
 REVIEW AFTERNOON: Sunday 1st of May – 3.00pm –
6.00pm- Sunday afternoon review afternoon at Mrs.
Voigt’s house
