Worrying about when to get started, and procrastination all activate the stress response system – but if you don’t do any work then the body wont return to its resting state. This is bad stress. Plan now; start early. Sound advice Eat properly- veg and fruit with breakfast everyday starting today!! Exercise at least 30 mins each day- swim, walk….whatever. No all nighters!! Ask questions.
