Key Rules
• School anonymity to judges and entrepreneurs
– If you happen to know a judge or entrepreneur, pretend you don’t.
• No outside contact
– You may not call or email anybody for help.
• No help from advisors
Key Rules – Due Diligence
• Teams may quickly introduce yourselves to entrepreneur
before timer starts (not judges)
• Hard stop at 15 minutes
• No contact with entrepreneur outside of session
(no matter what they may promise you)

meeting in which associates pitch a deal to partners.
• You may introduce yourselves quickly before clock starts

• You have the floor, but be prepared for interruptions
• No specific Q&A time allotted
