Some religious leaders in Jesus’ days accused
Jesus for breaking the Law of Moses:
 The Sabbath law
 The food law
Hence, they said He was abolishing the Law of
God as given thru Moses & the Prophets.
有些很多耶稣时代的宗教领袖指控耶稣不是守摩西
的侓法，如安息日和吃饭不洗手。
Matthew 马太 12:9-13

The Pharisees and the religious leaders were
very upset when Jesus healed a man in a
synagogue on the Sabbath day. They accused
Jesus of breaking the fourth commandment, the
Sabbath Law. Jesus replied, “It is lawful to do
good on Sabbath” 9 耶稣离开那地方，进了一个会
堂。 10 那里有一个人枯干了一只手。有人问耶稣说：
“安息日治病可以不可以？”意思是要控告他。
11 耶稣说：“你们中间谁有一只羊当安息日掉在坑
里，不把它抓住拉上来呢？ 12 人比羊何等贵重呢！
所以，在安息日做善事是可以的。” 13 于是对那人
说：“伸出手来！”他把手一伸，手就复了原，和
那只手一样。
Matthew 马太5:17-20
17 “Do
not think that I have come to abolish
the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to
abolish them but to fulfil them. 18 For truly I
tell you, until heaven and earth disappear,
not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of
a pen, will by any means disappear from the
Law until everything is accomplished. 17 莫 想
我来要废掉律法和先知。我来不是要废
掉 ， 乃 是 要 成 全 。18 我 实 在 告 诉 你 们 ，
就是到天地都废去了，律法的一点一画
也不能废去，都要成全。
Matthew马太 5:17-20
19 Therefore
anyone who sets aside one of the
least of these commands and teaches others
accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of
heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these
commands will be called great in the kingdom of
heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your
righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees
and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not
enter the kingdom of heaven.
19 所 以 ， 无 论 何 人 废 掉 这 诫 命 中 最 小 的 一
条，又教训人这样作，他在天国要称为最
小的。但无论何人遵行这诫命，又教训人
遵 行 ， 他 在 天 国 要 称 为 大 的 。20 我 告 诉 你 们 ，
你们的义若不胜於文士和法利赛人的义，
断不能进天国。
What is “the Law & the prophets”?
什么是律法和先知?
The Jewish bible (OT) divides into two
parts:
The Law= the first 5 books of OT
The Prophets= the rest of the OT
(The prophets=the former & the later
prophets)
犹太的圣经是我们的旧约圣经
犹太的圣经是分为两部：摩西五经和先知书
（先知书分成大先书知和小先知书）
In other words换句话
First, the OT contains all doctrinal
teachings which is the Torah, the revealed
instructions. Second, the OT contains all
predictive prophecy
Jesus is saying that he is here to fulfil all
God’s Word in the OT.
旧约圣经分为两部份：
1. 侓法的教导
2. 先知们的预言
The Pharisees expanded the 10
commandments into 600 sub-clauses to make
sure everyone fully followed God’s command.
This is all about not sinning in action. One can
still sin in our mind & heart. 法利赛人将十诫附
加六百小条诫命, 要帮助信徒完善遵守上帝的命令。
但这只是在行动上不犯罪. 我们可以在思想和心里
犯罪。
Jesus made it harder 耶稣的要求更加难做到
“If u look at a woman lustfully, you have
committed adultery.”
To keep one’s thinking pure is almost
impossible.
在思想上不犯罪是很难的或是蛮不可能
To men, it is impossible
 To God, all things are possible
 在人看来是不可能
 在神看来万事都行

Luke 路24:44
Jesus said, “all things must be fulfilled
which were written in the Law of Moses and
the Prophets and the Psalms concerning
Me.”
 耶稣对他们说：“摩西的律法、先知的书和诗
篇上所记的，凡指着我的话都必须应验。”
 In other words, the whole OT is all about
Jesus.

Matthew(NKJV)太(CUVMPS) 22:36-40
The Pharisees asked Jesus, 36 “Teacher, which is
the great commandment in the law?”37 Jesus said
to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all
your heart, with all your soul, and with all your
mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and great
commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You
shall love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 On
these two commandments hang all the Law and
the Prophets.”有一个人是律法师问耶稣说:36 “夫子,
律法上的诫命哪一条是最大的呢？” 37 耶稣对他说
“你要尽心,尽性,尽意爱主你的神. 38 这是诫命中的第
一,且是最大的.39 其次也相仿,就是要爱人己.40 这两条
诫命是律法和先知一切道理的总纲。”
If we love God, we will love God’s created
men.
我们爱神就会爱神所造的人
 Love is the way of obedience to God. Love
asserts the greatest influence upon this fallen
world, the fallen human race.
我们爱神就会服从神.我们就在世人有大贡献
 We will be able turn fallen human race from
curse to blessing.
我们就能带领人们脱离诅咒,得到祝福

Jesus has spoken of a Christian’s character in
the beatitudes and of the influence he will have
in the world as salt and light if he exhibits this
character and his character bears fruit in good
works.
 耶稣教导我们基督徒要有好的品格，就能对社会有好
的影响，成为主的光和盐，接出好果子，将荣耀归给
在天上的父。
 What are the good works?什么是好事工？
 The good works are works of obedience.
好事工是服从上帝所做的事工

If we love God, we will love God’s created
men.
我们爱神就会爱神所造的人
 Love is the way of obedience to God. Love
asserts the greatest influence upon this fallen
world, the fallen human race.
