What is the ANCOP
Give Love this Christmas
Campaign?
• A campaign that gives members an
opportunity to give the gift of hope and
love to the poor this Christmas
• Members with no CSP are encouraged
to start one
• Members with existing CSP are
encouraged to add one more
*NO incentives/prizes: Selfless giving that does not
seek anything in return is encouraged – this is the
true Spirit of Christmas!

CAMPAIGN DETAILS
• Campaign period: 2014 Christmas
season
• Campaign will be brought down to the
“grassroots” (household) level:
• Household topic* will be
discussed/shared in HHPM
• Video* will be played
• CSP form will be distributed with
encouragement to give love this
Christmas
*Topic and video to be made available by ANCOP
through the Ancop website or CFC PFS web page
before Oct. 26th

CAMPAIGN DETAILS
• Because this is rolled out via the
household, this campaign is exclusive
to CFC and its ministries
• Can be opened to non-CFC, if the
opportunity presents itself

• Oct 26: “Soft launch” - NC sends memo to
areas announcing campaign
• Oct 26-31: Ancop provides “campaign kit”;
Areas send memo to leaders; Ancop meets
coordinators
• Nov. GA: Formal launch – Chapter
Coordinator presents to members
• Nov. HHPM: HHs discuss/share topic, views
video, CSP forms distributed and collected
• Chapter Christmas party: pledges tallied &
initial results are shared
• Dec. 31: End of campaign – all forms &
donations are submitted to Ancop office
• After Epiphany: Ancop shares campaign
results

RESPONSIBILITIES
ANCOP AREA COORDINATOR:
• Makes sure campaign is implemented in the area
• Liaison between ANCOP and Chapter
Coordinators
• Collects chapter reports and prepares overall
campaign report for the area
• ANCOP CHAPTER COORDINATORS:
• Presents campaign at November GA
• Provides CSP forms & collects completed forms
& donation
• Provides instructions on where to download
topics/video, how to submit forms & donations
• Sends forms+monies, reports to ANCOP office
• Provides Chapter Head & ANCOP Area
coordinator with campaign reports
• Shares results at Chapter Christmas party
