Retail Bonus (Self Purchase) Filling the registration form and becoming the member of the family as IR this is the profit you can earn when you buy company products at Distributor price and on retailing to other people you can receive the difference between the maximum retail price and distributor price (Up to 35% of the MRP) of the product. 2. Proposer Income On purchasing or retailing of your direct sponsor child, a member (proposer/introducer) will get the 5% of the BV if member has qualified minimum purchasing of that month as per rank. 3. Smart Performance Incentive (On GBV) On repurchase of products by you & your direct sponsor member gets incentive by differential method according to the following table. Company provides the performance incentives starting from 8% to 27% according to your current month Group Personal Business volume (GPBV). You can increase your group business volume by sponsoring more IR/Direct sellers in your network direct level. For promotion on next rank, IR has to achieve the targeted 300 BV in a payout, achieving from 1st rank to 2nd a member has to achieve the 5000 GBV in a payout and for 2nd rank to 3 rd a member has to achieve the 25000 GBV in a single payout. After 3rd rank a member can achieve the target by accumulating the last month GBV and can promote to next rank. Performance Bonus incentive is calculated and paid out on current month/payout Personal Business Volume (PBV) of your direct sponsor IR as per below charts. For getting incentive IR have to maintain personal BV of that rank by repurchasing of the product in payout/month. Network Development Incentive: NDI will distribute only to member who achieved rank2 and above. This incentive is paid in cases where there is duplication in the levels achieved by you and your referral line. When you and your direct sponsor IR on the same rank level then you can get 2% of the total GBV of your same level direct IR leg. If a member in another leg maintain at least 10% of the business of NDI leg then he will get this incentive as 2%, 1%, 0.5% and 0.5% in 4 levels depth otherwise dynamically compressed and benefit will go to up-line. 5. Team Overriding Bonus: An IR members achieve Rank4 and above are qualify for getting the overriding bonus. Company allocate 10% of company monthly BV in Team overriding bonus. This bonus is calculate on ‘Point Sharing System’ based on the smart performance chart rank. Overriding Bonus Points (OB Points) will calculate by your down line PBV on the basis of business done by him. Maximum 100% of the OB points will generate to up-line on any purchasing in downline. 6. Lifestyle Fund club: Company provides lifestyle fund club for consistent performer distributor and get qualified below Rank and PBV slab with at least 10% of business in rest leg other than LF point leg (TBV). Lifestyle fund allocates 6% of company monthly total BV and is computed by a ‘Point Sharing System’ based and points earned by the qualifiers.
