Central Office Access
New system being deployed by GNFO in the next 30-45 days will
impact the process
• EARS (Electronic Access Request System)
• Online system for the 3081 form submissions
• Roy Howser’s team will be working with GNFO to get Vendor
SPOCs access to the online system
• Firewalled intranet access and ATTUID/AT&T Global Logons will
be required

Central Office Access
GES team is developing background process for validations of OTV
personnel
• Will require a SPOC for each vendor
• Will require tightening up the assignment information
• Will require regular validation by vendor SPOC and NP&E
representative
Roy Howser’s team on point for the development of the DB that will
support this validation process
Tom Weber also supporting the overall process work with GNFO and
CRE
All process/system changes will need GNFO/CRE approval due to
audit risks
